With your help, we can make it happen. The offers of assistance and encouragement from the whole Kalamazoo community have been overwhelming. It wouldn't be possible to make this decision without the love and support that everyone has shown!

Buy Your Bread Ahead

Sign up for our Buy Your Bread Ahead program to help kick-start the bakery and we'll set up an account in your name. You can apply it to anything in our downtown store, and there is no expiration date.

We've been busy planning our return.

• We are hosting a series of events as part of our Raising Dough Campaign.
• We have signed a conditional lease with the Colombia Plaza and hope to Raise the Dough to begin building soon.
• We are meeting regularly to work on bringing the Sarkozy Bakery that we all love back to downtown Kalamazoo.
